The Atlanta Young Professionals (ATLYP) are a group of committed volunteers between the ages of 20 and 40 who raise awareness and funds for Make-A-Wish Georgia. They have raised thousands of dollars for local wishes by hosting happy hours and other fundraising events throughout the year.

The first ATLYP Wish Wednesday took place on June 29, 2016.
The event was held at the F&B Restaurant in Buckhead.
Close to 100 people attended the Wish Wednesday event.

All proceeds went to benefit local wish children in Georgia.
The event allowed local young professionals to eat, drink, network and support wishes.

The University of North Georgia hosted the first annual Mile of Superheroes Walk in Dahlonega, GA., on March 28, 2016. The event featured hundreds of costumed UNG student-athletes and three local wish families.

In August 2015, twenty-five wish kids and their families got to visit Six Flags Over Georgia for an exclusive behind-the-scenes opportunity with the Six Flags staff!

Nearly a thousand runners take to Marietta Square each year in order to help grant wishes for local children. This event has raised over $338,000 for our chapter since the first race in 2000.

Falcons players and UnitedHealthcare of Georgia treated children from Make-A-Wish Georgia and their families to a night of bowling at Dave & Busters in Lawrenceville.

Bloomingdale's at Lenox Mall hosted a special evening to benefit Make-A-Wish® Georgia. Wish children, board members and volunteers served as models during this spectacular evening. Ten percent of the proceeds of all sales went to support local wishes.
Bloomingdale's Fashion Night Out was hosted at Lennox Mall in Atlanta.
