• McAlister’s Deli Launches Fundraiser to Benefit Make-A-Wish® Alabama 6/1/2012

  Beginning June 1, 2012, several McAlister’s Deli locations will partner with Make-A-Wish® Alabama to help the wishes of local children suffering from life-threatening medical conditions come true. Patrons visiting certain McAlister’s Delis throughout the month of June will have the ability to purchase Make-A-Wish Stars to support the local charity. The stars will be displayed in the windows of the restaurants and all proceeds will be donated to Make-A-Wish®.  Read More
• Make-A-Wish® Alabama Announces Rising Wishes Balloon Release

  Make-A-Wish Alabama, the local chapter of Make-A-Wish America, will be hosting a “Rising Wishes” Balloon Release Fundraiser. This Balloon Release Celebration will allow individuals to purchase “wish” balloons, in person or virtually, for $10 apiece, to assist the organization in reaching their goal of $15,000 to help grant the wishes of local children suffering from life-threatening medical conditions.   Read More
• Make-A-Wish® Partners with Great Escape Theaters to Make Wishes Come True

  Great Escape Theaters will partner with Make-A-Wish® Georgia and Alabama during the month of May in an effort to raise $40,000 to help make the wishes of local children come true. In order to reach this goal, movie goers can make a $1.00 donation at the box-office when purchasing tickets to their favorite movies.   Read More
