Ways You Can Help

For a child with a life-threatening medical condition, a wish experience can give back what the illness takes away. It can help a child forget about being sick…remember how to be a kid…laugh out loud…and inspire them to keep making plans for the future.

You can help grant a wish to a local child in your community. There are many ways to ensure our continued mission of granting wishes to children with life-threatening medical conditions.

Volunteer

Volunteering is a great way to help. We invite you to share the power of a wish® whether you can give a few hours each month or a few days each year.

You can help make the wishes of special children come true in your local community when you become a volunteer for Make-A-Wish® of Georgia. Our mission is only possible with the dedication of our volunteers.

Donate

One of the easiest ways to support Make-A-Wish is through a donation to the chapter.

You may also donate frequent flier miles which go a long way in helping us grant wishes to children who wish to travel.  Visit our “Wishes in Flight” page for more information and to donate miles to help grant wishes!

Sponsor

Every wish is a unique and memorable experience for the wish child, the wish family and all those who participate in the wish. Many donors say they began their support of Make-A-Wish and its endearing mission after hearing a child’s memorable wish story.

Now you can help create more heartwarming stories for children with life-threatening medical conditions sponsoring a wish in its entirety. By sponsoring a wish you will recieve a plaque containing your dedicated wish child’s wish story.  Sponsor a wish today!
