My colleague and namesake, Chad Biagini, heads up the Nonprofit practice and was the brainchild of this gratis offering. We launched this search with the pledge of finding one, possibly two, Atlanta based leaders to add value to this already esteemed Board of Directors. Instead, because of our increasing zeal as we delved deeper into the assignment and the incredible response from corporate leaders, we were able to deliver results that exceeded everyone’s expectations.”

Make-A-Wish® America was founded in 1980 in Phoenix, Arizona. It all began because of the simple dream of a boy named Chris dying of leukemia who wished nothing more than to be a state trooper for a day. Today, Make-A-Wish® America grants the wish of a child diagnosed with a life-threatening medical condition in the United States and its territories, on average, every 38 minutes. They believe that a wish experience can be a game-changer for both the child and family by offering hope, strength and joy. “It inspires us to grant wishes that change the lives of the kids we serve.” For more information on Make-A-Wish® America and Make-A-Wish® Georgia, visit http://wish.org and http://georgia.wish.org, respectively.
